går, gick, gått: GO, WENT, GONE. The following are the different tenses of the verb go. Note that the present tense verb does not change in Swedish language (with the first person and second person) but in English Language it changes. Note the difference in the following example: First person – I go: jag går. Second person – She goes & She is going: Hon går & Hon går.

 

PRESENT TENSE: presens

I go/ I am going = Jag går

You go/ You are going = Du går

He goes/ He is going = Han går

She goes/ She is going = Hon går

It goes/ It is going = Den går

It goes/ It is going = Det går

We go/ We are going = Vi går

You go / You are going = Ni går

They go / They are going = De går

PAST TENSE: Preteritum  

I went = Jag går

You went = Du går

He went = Han gick

She went = Hon gick

It went = Den gick

It went = Det gick

We went = Vi gick

You went = Ni gick

They went = De gick

PRESENT PERFECT TENSE: Perfekt

I have gone  = Jag har gått

You have gone = Du har gått

He has gone  = Han har gått

She has gone = Hon har gått

It has gone  = Den har gått

It has gone = Den har gått

We have gone  = Vi har gått

You have gone = Ni har gått

They have gone = De har gått

PAST PERFECT TENSE: Perfekt

I had gone = Jag hade gått

You had gone = Du hade gått

He had gone  = Han hade gått

She had gone = Hon hade gått

It had gone  = Den hade gått

It had gone = Den hade gått

We had gone  = Vi hade gått

You had gone = Ni hade gått

They had gone = De hade gått

FUTURE TENSE: futurum

I will/shall go = Jag ska gå

You will/shall go = Du ska gå / kommer (att) gå

He will/shall go = Han ska gå / kommer (att) gå

She will/shall go = Hon ska gå / kommer (att) gå

It will/shall go = Den ska gå  / kommer (att) gå

It will/shall go = Det ska gå / kommer (att) gå

We will/shall go = Vi ska gå / kommer (att) gå

You will/shall go = Ni ska gå / kommer (att) gå

They wll/shall go = De ska gå / kommer (att) gå

IMPERATIVE: imperativ

You go! = Du gå!

You go! = Ni gå!

CONDITIONAL = konditionalis (1)

You would/should go = Du skulle gå
